Biographies - Robin Notley

Robin Noteley has over 20 years procurement and supply chain experience with companies such as HSS (Hire Service Group). His calm and methodical approach coupled with his previous Directorship roles make him a fantastic Board level operator when consulting.

Robin became a Board Director at HSS in 2001 and was responsible for helping consolidate the company to become the tool-hire market leader and was involved in the sale of the business in 2003.

As Group Procurement Director he was responsible for the performance and strategic direction of the Procurement group. The business model relied heavily upon the supply and availability of the best products globally at market leading terms which placed heavy emphasis on global sourcing programmes. Robin delivered a strategy of sourcing equipment and spare parts directly from the Far East from the mid 1990s onwards.

He also has extensive procurement experience in Purchase for Resale, Machinery, Retail, Telecoms, Marketing, Print and Indirect Materials

Since leaving HSS Robin has undertaken a number of major consulting assignments within the Financial Services, Telecom and Media sectors.
